Jenny Dinnen – President, Sales & Marketing

Jenny is a born leader, responsible for directing the company’s overall sales and marketing efforts. In addition, she guides the technology team through new product innovations and develops forward-thinking market research strategies. Jenny officially joined the MacKenzie team in 2008, and took co-ownership of the company in 2012.

Having worked at companies big and small, Jenny understands the unique needs of both sides. She has a strong background in marketing spanning over 15 years, honing her skills with companies such as HSBC and HD Supply. While offering a keen eye for the creative side of marketing, Jenny always holds an appreciation and talent for analyzing data to uncover actionable business solutions. Furthermore, she is the foremost expert on MacKenzie data systems traveling around the country training clients on how to effectively use our services.

Her in-office resume is undeniably impressive, but her out-of-office achievements are also worthy of recognition.  Jenny is on the board of Girls Inc. (Orange County), Chapman Business School, and was a founding member of the Young Leaders group at the Center for Family Business in Irvine. She also is a speaker on topics such as The Future of Market Research, Customer Journey Mapping, and Marketing Automation.

Jenny received her undergrad degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and then earned her MBA from the University of Redlands.

Katie Rucker – President, Operations

Katie offers a strong mix of operational coordination, leadership and analytical skills. Improving internal processes and strengthening company culture are two pillars of her success. With over 8 years in executive management positions, Katie is a proven leader with a passion for recognizing and cultivating the potential in others.

Responsible for the operational and administrative direction of the company, Katie is an integral part of conceptualizing our internal strategy for sustained growth and success. She balances the responsibilities of forecasting day-to-day ROI while composing financial plans to accommodate future expansion.

When she’s not bean-counting, Katie passionately continues to define and lead the corporate culture at MacKenzie. This is in an effort to enhance employee engagement and promote collaboration. She has spearheaded the creation of MacK’s Maniacs, a staff-based activities team who participate in team building events such as Tough Mudder, Ragnar Road/Trail, and in-office health challenges. As if that weren’t enough, Katie organizes a series of volunteer opportunities throughout the year encouraging staff to give back to our community.

Katie is on the board of the Orange County Ronald McDonald House, was a founding member of the Young Leaders group at the Center for Family Business in Irvine, and she has been a Girl Scout Troop leader for the past three years.

Don Vivrette – Founder & Chief Ideation Person

For over 25 years Don has been instrumental in building the foundation of all MacKenzie’s services. He is a self-proclaimed “data nerd” who enjoys solving problems and putting data to good use.

The main catalyst of MacKenzie’s growth over the years has been Don’s curiosity regarding obstacles his clients are facing coupled with his ability to create solutions to overcome them. In addition, Don truly believes in taking care of his employees. The average length of employment at MacKenzie is over 15 years. He has built a team of loyal, customer centric “data nerds”, like himself, who take pride in attention to detail and always putting the customer first.

Don received both his undergrad degree and MBA from the University of Southern California and is a certified public accountant.
