Reports to the Program Manager for the Production Team
Full Time, Non-Exempt

We are a family owned Market Research/Data Analytics firm seeking a top notch Data Entry Associate to data enter customer feedback that is delivered to our clients for their review.

As a part of our Production Team, this position is primarily responsible for receiving, scanning and data capturing customer satisfaction, product development and industry tracking surveys.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Prepare and sort source documents; identify and interpret data to be entered
• Scan source documents for verification
• Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and enter necessary codes
• Compare data entered material with source documents
• Make necessary corrections to information entered
• Transmit entered information into database
• File source documents after entry
• Respond to inquiries regarding entered data
• Provide lunch and break coverage for Receptionist

• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.)
